Justin Bieber Charged by Argentinian Judge

Justin Bieber found guilty in the Argentinian court for a misdemeanor in the year 2013

Justin Bieber has been cleaning up his act since the beginning of this year. The pop star has done good for himself with a new album, a best-selling world tour and a lot of fan moments and cheers on Ellen when he is around in the U.S.

They say however that the past has a habit of catching up to you and no matter how wise and great Justin is behaving presently, no one could forget the darker times of his life.

Justin Bieber has done some regrettable things of course, one of them was ordering his security guards to attack a photographer in Argentina and robbing his money and his camera.

That was not the only thing however, he defiled the Argentine flag on stage and got into trouble with police elsewhere during the tour for allegedly spraying graffiti in Brazil and Colombia on the same trip.

The only crime that could be held in the court of law was the attack on the photographer and the case has been in question ever since, according to TMZ.

Justin's lawyers have been advising him to flay off the charges as nothing but things got as serious as having an arrest warrant issued against him in 2014. It was dropped in 2015 but the case was still under consideration.

According to reports from the court clerk Soledad Nieto in Buenos Aires, Judge Alberto Banos has indicted Justin of assaulting the photographer. Under Argentine law, Bieber would face from one month to six years in prison if convicted on a charge of causing injuries.

The decision has come at a crucial time when Justin is set to tour the continent where Justin has one of the biggest fan followings in Argentina. Justin and his legal team plan to file a motion against the indictment.
